The city’s Public Health Division will offer two additional Covid-19 and flu booster shot clinics beginning this week.

The clinics, in conjunction with Northern Light Health, will both be at the Health and Human Services building on 39 Forest Ave., and run from 9 a.m. to noon. The first is on Oct. 26, and the second is on Nov. 4.

Those ages 12 and over who are at least two months past their final doses of the primary Covid-19 vaccine or last booster shot are likely due for the new bivalent booster. The Centers for Disease Control recommends everyone six months and older receive an annual flu shot.

Those going to the clinics are advised to wear a loose, short-sleeved shirt and bring their vaccine cards for updated documentation. If you carry insurance, you must bring your insurance card for billing.

The clinics are available to everyone ages 12 and up, including those without insurance.
